How we prepare them
We take high-quality Leccino olives from Southern Italy and refine them with our own 24-hour marinade, developed specifically to balance saltiness and highlight their natural fruit notes. The result is an olive that’s softer, rounder in flavour, and better suited to high-quality pizza finishing.
Why they matter
Most jarred olives are either too harsh or too briny, flattening everything around them. Our preparation gives you a gentle, controlled flavour that pairs with bold toppings like anchovies or subtle ones like mozzarella without stealing the spotlight.
