📦 Shipping Areas

We deliver within the United Kingdom, subject to postcode availability. Check the delivery options offered for your address before ordering.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

🚚 Delivery Options & Timing

  • Standard Delivery

    We use a next-day delivery service for maximum freshness. Orders are dispatched the day before your selected delivery date.

  • Delivery Days: Tuesday to Saturday (no Saturday surcharge)

    (No deliveries on Sunday or Monday)

Note: You can choose your preferred delivery date before checkout. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package on that day.

Order Cut-Off Time

Order preparation time, courier schedules, holidays and postcode restrictions affect available delivery dates. Choose an available date before checkout; the dates offered when you order are authoritative.

🧊 Cold Chain Guarantee

All our kits are shipped in insulated thermal packaging to maintain freshness.

Refrigerate the separately packed toppings immediately upon arrival, or freeze only where their instructions permit. Follow each ingredient’s use-by date and storage instructions. Store unopened regular pizza bases at room temperature as instructed on the pack, within their best-before date.

💳 Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: £5.00

  • Saturday delivery: £5.00, with no Saturday surcharge.
  • Free delivery on orders over £60 in England. Postcode restrictions and available delivery dates apply.

📦 Missed Deliveries

Your courier will provide tracking information and delivery notifications where available. If you miss your delivery, use the courier’s tracking details or contact us for help.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or recipient unavailability.

❄️ Perishable Goods Notice

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us via website form within 24 hours of delivery, including photos if possible.
