We are committed to delivering the highest-quality Italian meal kits straight to your door with care and precision. Please read our shipping policy below for full details on how we manage and deliver your orders.

📦 Shipping Areas

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

🚚 Delivery Options & Timing

  • Standard Delivery (DPD Local)

    We use a next-day delivery service for maximum freshness. Orders are dispatched the day before your selected delivery date.

  • Delivery Days: Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday is premium delivery)

    (No deliveries on Sunday or Monday)

Note: You can choose your preferred delivery date before checkout. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package on that day.

🕒 Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) at least 2 days before your preferred delivery date. 

  • For example, to receive your order on Friday, you must place it by noon on Wednesday.

  • We plan to amend the cut-off time soon to accomodate last minute orders.

🧊 Cold Chain Guarantee

All our kits are shipped in insulated thermal packaging to maintain freshness.

We recommend refrigerating the ingredients immediately upon arrival.

💳 Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: £5.00

  • Saturday delivery: £10.00

📦 Missed Deliveries

DPD will send you tracking information and delivery notifications. If you miss your delivery, you must contact DPD directly.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or recipient unavailability.

❄️ Perishable Goods Notice

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us via website form within 24 hours of delivery, including photos if possible.
