  • We use a higher-hydration dough to give you a lighter bite and a modern pizza base that finishes perfectly in a home oven — as if you were baking it fresh.
  • Each base is baked at high temperature to create an open, airy crust. Set your oven to its maximum and you’ll bring it back to life in minutes.
  • Every base is packed individually in a modified atmosphere, giving up to 60 days of shelf life at room temperature. We work with specialist labs to achieve this without preservatives. You’ll never find chemical additives in our pizza bases.

Production process

Our bases are baked and packed differently from most on the market. We use a higher-hydration dough so the second bake — in your oven — delivers an open crust and a true pizzeria result.In just 5 minutes, you get a light base that’s crisp on the outside and airy on the inside.

Storage & usage

Shelf life depends on storage conditions.We guarantee our gluten pizza bases for up to 60 days when stored at around 20°C in a cool, dry place.
