How we prepare them for you
Unlike most grilled vegetables that come drenched in oil, ours contain only around 5% olive oil. This keeps them clean, light, and perfectly suited for high-quality pizza. They’re sliced thin so you can spread them evenly across the base, ensuring every bite gets the right balance of flavour without weighing down the crust.
Why they matter
Typical jarred vegetables release a flood of oil in the oven, making the pizza soggy and heavy. These don’t. They stay crisp, sweet, and structured — ideal on their own or paired with olives and a final sprinkle of Pecorino for extra depth. A topping that makes every vegetarian (and non-vegetarian) genuinely happy.
How to use
Add before baking for caramelised edges, or after baking if you prefer a fresher, brighter finish.
