How we prepare it
Made in Italy from whole cuts of beef, lightly seasoned and cured over time to concentrate flavour without overpowering it. Sliced thin and left uncooked, so it keeps its softness, aroma, and refined character when paired with a hot pizza base.

Most cured meats overpower a pizza. Bresaola does the opposite. It adds depth without weight, savoury notes without saltiness, and structure without fat. It pairs naturally with mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, or olive oil–based pizzas, elevating the whole without stealing focus.
How to use
Add after baking only. The residual heat is enough to release aroma and soften the slices while preserving their delicate texture and clean, beefy flavour.
