How we make it

We blend high-quality roasted pistachios into a fine, fluid cream, then fold in real pistachio pieces for contrast and intensity. No artificial flavourings, — just pure pistachio character engineered for finishing pizzas. The texture stays soft when warmed by a freshly baked base, allowing the crunchy granella to stand out without becoming heavy.

Most pistachio creams taste badly, full of fillers, or completely smooth, losing both flavour and identity once warmed. This one is different: savoury, aromatic, and texturally unique. The combination of creaminess and crunch transforms mortadella, burrata, and white pizzas, adding depth and a gourmet finish you won’t get anywhere else.
