Short answer: yes. the order must be placed by 9am the day before the delivery to allow us time to prepare it and ship it with next day delivery service.

We use our partner DPD Local for our deliveries. You will receive a message and estimated 1h delivery window. You will also get details to amend or add instructions to the driver.

Yes — you can manage everything from your account. Skip a week, change the delivery frequency, or cancel anytime.

Each pizza comes with a QR code that takes you to a short video showing how to assemble and enjoy it, step by step.

We use insulated pouches and ice packs to keep the cold chain intact during delivery, so your food stays fresh and safe.

We currently accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify.

Absolutely. Shopify uses encrypted and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure your data is protected at every step of the checkout process. Your security is our priority.

You are charged at the time you place an order. If you opt for a subscription when you are charged 2 days before your delivery.

We are a new company and we ask you to get in touch with us via web form on the contact page.

Italian Secret does not deal with payment directly as we use Shopify and we can't help taking payments. If you have a scheduled delivery make sure you fix the issue with payment by 12pm of the day before the delivery.
