What it is

How we make it
Crafted in Puglia using traditional methods, each burrata is formed with a delicate outer shell and filled with fresh stracciatella for maximum creaminess. It arrives chilled, perfectly portioned, and ready to be added whole to your freshly baked pizza.
Why it matters
Real burrata is never cooked. Placed whole on a hot pizza, the shell softens instantly, the centre oozes naturally, and the richness spreads into every bite without becoming watery or grainy. The result is a clean, indulgent finish that supermarket versions simply can’t replicate.
