The pizza base is Italian dolomitic stone-baked, you finish it at home in 3–5 minutes. The result? A pizza that’s incredibile in texture and taste. This is the same technique used by many restaurants for their gourmet pizzas —now brought to your home.
It’s a professionally made, unfinished pizza, designed to be cooked at home.
The base is baked at 90% at very high temperature, so the crust develops its natural bubbles and structure. Sauce is partially cooked separately and kept with Mozzarella and toppings in the chilled pouch. Nothing is fully baked until the final moment.
When you cook, you get the crispy yet juicy pizza which you always dreamed of, now a reality.
