Every great pizza begins with the base. At Italian Secret, we craft a true sourdough, fermented for at least 24 hours using the traditional biga method. This slow fermentation process creates a light, airy, and highly digestible dough, with that authentic Italian flavor and texture you can’t replicate with shortcuts.

Our Tomato
We source our tomatoes directly from Italy, grown under the Mediterranean sun and harvested at peak ripeness. Naturally sweet and full of flavor, they are carefully prepared into our sauce without any preservatives or additives — just pure, honest tomato.

Our Cheese
From creamy mozzarella to bold gorgonzola and aged Parmigiano Reggiano, our cheeses are selected from trusted Italian producers who value tradition and quality. Each cheese brings its unique character to our pizzas, balancing richness and authenticity in every bite.

Our Meats & Vegetables
We choose only premium Italian cured meats and fresh vegetables, prepared and packaged in our London kitchen. Grilled vegetables, friarielli, mortadella, and more — every topping is handled with care to preserve its natural flavor and freshness.

Our lab in London
All our pizzas kits are freshly prepared in our London laboratory, where Italian craftsmanship meets modern standards of quality and food safety. We never use preservatives, and every ingredient is listed clearly, so you always know exactly what’s on your pizza.
