How we make it
We use a slow, 24-hour natural leavening to develop flavour, structure, and digestibility. The dough is hand-stretched and baked on italian dolomitic stone at 450°C, creating a crust that stays crisp on the outside and soft and open inside. This is the exact process used in high-end Italian pizzerias—replicated with precision.
Why it matters
Your home oven could never reach the heat needed to achieve this texture. With our base, you start where a pizzeria finishes: a properly fermented, stone-baked shell that browns perfectly and stays light under any topping.
