How we make it
We use a professional gluten-free mix designed specifically for high-heat pizza baking—nothing like the dense or crumbly supermarket versions. The dough is carefully hydrated, hand-shaped, and cooked at high temperature to create a stable structure that stays soft inside without breaking or drying out.
Why it matters
Most gluten-free bases taste “gluten-free”. This one doesn’t. The texture is so close to a regular wheat-based pizza that many people wouldn’t realise it’s gluten-free unless you told them. It finishes perfectly in your home oven, staying balanced, light, and restaurant-level under any topping.

You can keep your pizza bases in your cupboard. Our bases are sealed in protective atmosphere to preserve their texture, lightness, so you can finish them in your home oven and still achieve a crispy result with the right internal softness.
