What it is
Aged Italian Provolone, sliced thin for the perfect melt. Savoury, slightly tangy, and full of depth — it’s the cheese that quietly transforms a pizza, adding complexity without overpowering the base.
How we prepare it
We use quality aged Provolone and slice it to the exact thickness needed to melt evenly in the oven. Not too thick, not too thin — just right to soften, bubble, and blend with mozzarella or other cheeses. This cut is what gives you that smooth, elastic melt you simply don’t get from pre-packed supermarket slices.
Why it matters
Provolone brings a refined richness that enhances vegetables, meats, and especially our Four Cheese kit. Most cheeses add either fat or salt; Provolone adds character. It melts cleanly, adds a subtle tang, and deepens the flavour of the entire pizza without stealing the spotlight.
